Physical Education

     With over 20 years of teaching experience in the field of physical education, my mission has been to create a safe and fun environment where students feel comfortable sharing their own gifts and talents with others. By having my students participate in team building and cooperative games, I seek my program to be challenging and appealing, while instilling values such as: sportsmanship, hard work, and determination in all my students.
     I also take pride in the ability to differentiate instruction for the specific needs of diverse groups of students. Therefore, I expect the best effort from every individual student and for them to demonstrate evidence of progress regardless of backgrounds and abilities. I also build collaborative relationships with colleagues, students, and families to create a school culture of love and success. As a lifelong learner and servant leader, I utilize innovation to provide learning experiences within and beyond the classroom. I look for opportunities to deliberately connect the classroom to our community to impact student involvement. I am just passionate about supplying my students with the necessary skills and knowledge that will inspire them to lifestyle of healthy choices.
